E-Statements

Customer Signup Instructions
(Enrollment in internet banking required)

  • Visit your local branch to sign an e-statement acknowledgement and approval form.
  • Log into online banking and from the main dashboard - click the account(s) you wish to enroll in the E-statement service. 
  • On the right-hand side of the screen, you will see an eStatements widget.  Click on the widget.
  • Under Documents, choose Sign Up/Change
  • This will bring up a list of accounts that are eligible for eStatements.  You may place a check next to any document you wish to enroll. Once complete, click Save Settings
  • Read and agree to the Electronic Statement Agreement and Disclosure by scrolling down the screen and clicking "I Agree".  
  • You will get a response on the page stating, "Changes have been successfully saved."
  • Your account statement(s) are now ready to be viewed. 
  • To view the monthly statement, you will click on the account and on the right-hand side of the page, click the Documents widget. This will bring up the statements available for download.
  • You will receive an email each time a new statement has been generated and is available to view.
  • Statements are in PDF format. Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher is required to view your statement. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader you can download the latest version by visiting: www.adobe.com
